What MSPs want to know
Which devices does Gorelo Mobile run on?
iPhone, iPad and Android. Download it from the App Store or Google Play and sign in with your Gorelo account.
Can I remote control a computer from my phone?
Yes. Gorelo Connect works from the app on iOS and Android, with full control of Windows and Mac devices, multiple monitors and Ctrl+Alt+Del.
Will RMM alerts reach my phone?
Yes. Subscribe to Critical Alerts and they arrive as native iOS or Android notifications. From the app you can turn an alert into a ticket or dismiss it.
Do I need the app to get notifications?
For push on your phone, yes. Gorelo doesn’t email notifications to technicians, so on a desktop install Gorelo as a web app and allow browser notifications instead.
Are replies from the app public or private?
Your choice. New comments default to private on the web app, and in Gorelo Mobile you can change the default to public.
Can I track time on a ticket from my phone?
Yes. Start a timer or add time on the ticket in two taps, and it’s logged against the same ticket you see on desktop.
