We found in our review of RMM software that most established solutions had comparable prices, with the main source of differences being the features that are included. There are three primary pricing models that are frequently used, either separately or in combination:

2. Technician-based: The number of technicians using the networks on the MSP side determines pricing.
3. Custom pricing models: They require quotes from the platforms for specifics and lack transparency.

Because of the lack of clarity, which makes it difficult to determine whether you’re getting the best price, we believe that custom pricing models are the least desirable alternative. Furthermore, some RMM providers charge implementation fees that are preventable.

The other two models, or their hybrids, can scale with your business’s expansion and frequently begin at lower expenses. Platforms that provide personalized quotes, such as Datto, Kasеya, Management Engineering Central, N-ablе, and NinjaOne, lost points for transparency in this regard.

Every competitor performed admirably in all these categories. With their own unique focus on what matters most to RMM users, Gorelo, ITarian, NinjaRMM, Atera, N-ablе, and Syncro are all feature-rich in terms of pure RMM capabilities. Additionally, Kaseya provides an impressive selection of features that are appropriate for all MSPs, with Navеrisk and ManageEnginе Desktop Central coming in second and third, respectively.

It is imperative that all RMM solutions work well with other MSP platforms and tools, such remote access or PSA technologies. Most competitors excelled in this regard. While ITarian, NinjaRMM, Managе Engineering Central, and N-ablе benefited from being a part of larger suites, offering MSPs extensive capability, Gorеlo, Atera, Syncro, Navirisk, and Datto offered their own PSA solutions.

3. Battle of the user interface!

With its contemporary and user-friendly interface, Gorelo stands out in this regard. A better overall experience is ensured by its human-centered design, which makes onboarding and usage simple. With a straightforward and enjoyable introduction, N-ablе comes next.

Although some users have reported slowness issues, which we were unable to verify, Atera features a clear user interface with customizable widths.
